I was laughing. When my ex and I got a 2-1/2-foot deep pool for the kids when they were little, I put it out in the yard and filled it up. I stepped back proudly and looked at my work. I felt the earth move slightly as the entire near wall collapsed and a thousand gallons of water came hurtling through the yard, knocking me over.

Lesson: Ensure ground is level before filling pool.

I love bodyboarding but at the same time I’m a fashion freak. I suggest just the wet shirt and not the suit. You still want to look cute out in the waters. I wear mine with my bathing suit bottoms.

I have two boards in my shed. LOL about the child size ones you were using. They are a big deal on the east coast only they are called boogie boards here. My son, at one point, and my nephews were big into it. I’ve never tried it but maybe I will next summer in my new smaller size;) You go girl!
